Intro

1 . Outdoor activities are extremely useful for everyone. They keep use physically and mentally fit. We all know that a sound mind lives in a sound body and outdoor activities are very important in that sense.

2 . There is a long list of activities which I plan to do in future if I get a chance. However, on the top of that list would be swimming. I am planning to learn swimming for a long time. And I don’t want to delay it further.

Reasons

I want to learn it for number of reasons.

1 . First of all, swimming is a wonderful exercise to the body. It helps us to burn some extra calories and to be in shape.

2 . It also improves our stamina considerably. It enhances the blood circulation of the body which I very important to be healthy.

3 . Moreover, swimming is an important and life saving skill. It can prove really handy in any emergency.

4 . To add to it, numerous scientific researches have proved time and again that swimming is an amazing stress buster. In the present scenario, when everyone is living under tremendous amount of stress due to various reasons, swimming can prove a real boon.

In the end I would like to say that swimming is very useful outdoor activity and I am really looking forward to learn it
