Some segments of society want to live to be vegetarian because they think that it is aa the best way to live fit and healthy. people who against the animal experiment they also said that do not add non-vegetarian dishes in your meal as it helps the whole world. according to my point of view, an individual has a balanced diet and they should include a small proportion of meat in their diet. I will elaborate it in the following paragraphs.
First of all, vegetarian foods such as fruits, vegetables, and pulses have a rich amount of protein as well as, nutrition which produce a healthy and active life. Apart from that, if human being says no to meat or fish then they can help to maintain the balance between humans and animals. In other words, being vegetarian means you do not disturb the food chain balance.
However, there should be required a balanced diet (vegetarian+non vegetarian) to live healthy and energetic. as a reason behind it, there are some beneficial vitamins contain by seafood. For instance, fish has omega3 oil which is quite fruitful for human’s body and help them to recover from pones problem. on the other hand, if people use an excess amount of red meat then, it causes some hazards for his health. like as, cardiovascular problems and cholesterol thus, mankind takes only a small amount of meat.
To conclude, excess of everything is bad so, people have a proportional balance in their diet.
