Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to ask for your permission to get admission of my son ‘Reagan’ in your institute. I am planning to move to your city next month along with my family and I searched for numerous school. However, I found your academic institute has a good reputation as well as better facilities. Please allow me to explain Regan’s educational achievements briefly.

Regan is in the 8th standard of his present school. He is a brilliant and bright student. He achieved 94 percents marks with A+ grade in his last examination. Apart from that, he is a champion of football under 15 team of his academy and he represents his school on state and national level. Furthermore, he received so many rewards and wins in academic as well as a sports field.

I request you please give entrance to him in your educational organization. I send his report performance to you through school e-mail to please find these attachments. If possible could you please enroll him next month as I will move in starting of next month.
